1. Shipping Partners

We use leading courier services including FedEx, Aramex, and BlueDart for reliable delivery. For remote areas, we may ship via India Post EMS Speed Post upon special request, although acceptance depends on the post office’s discretion.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:30 PM (Monday–Saturday) are typically shipped the same day.

Delivery Window: Orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days, between 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM, depending on your location and the courier.

Non-Working Days: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For BlueDart shipments, orders placed before 2:00 PM will be picked up the same day.

3. Tracking & Invoicing

Track your shipment using the ‘Track Your Order’ feature on our website.

As per Indian regulations, all shipments (including gifts) are dispatched with an invoice mentioning the price.

4. Delivery Issues

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and contact our support immediately at +91 98404 87566 with your order reference number.

5. Partial Shipments

In certain cases, items in your order may be shipped separately due to stock availability or product characteristics. You will be notified accordingly.
