Return & Refund Policy:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your printed materials to request a return or reprint. If we make a mistake on your order, we will take care of it in a timely manner and with pleasure. For example, if we print the wrong quantity, use incorrect materials, or there are print quality issues due to our error, we’ll fix it right away.

How to Request a Return or Reprint:

To start a return process, simply contact us at info@prntfy.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (for quality problems)
  • Brief description of the problem

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide solutions based on your situation – either a reprint of your materials, a refund, or store credit. For orders with errors on our part, we’ll expedite the reprint and cover any return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return questions at info@prntfy.com.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your printed materials upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The print quality doesn’t meet professional standards
  • The materials are damaged
  • You received the wrong specifications
  • There are any other issues with your order

We need to know about problems quickly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Special Considerations for Print Services:

Because printing is often customized to your specifications:

  • Issues related to the design or content you provided may be eligible for a partial refund or discounted reprint
  • For time-sensitive print jobs, we’ll prioritize reprints when needed
  • Digital proofs that you’ve approved before printing may affect refund eligibility

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return request, and let you know if the refund or reprint was approved. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time (typically 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
